About Adam
As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 25 years’ experience in accounting and specialised tax services, Adam Sharer is highly regarded by clients and peers alike.
Since 2002 Adam has been dedicated to negotiating and settling enquiries with HMRC at all levels, achieving positive outcomes for clients who find themselves under tax enquiry or investigation.
Whether acting for you personally or for your company, from business owners and entrepreneurs to employees and directors, Adam provides hands-on, astute advice and support to those who need to resolve their tax affairs.
Adam may be our founding partner, but he goes out of his way to make sure he is available for each client who needs him.

About Ari
Ari Deutsch has developed a strong interest in the tax and accounting world and is our technical expert in this arena.
Alongside his certified chartered accountant qualification (ACCA), Ari also attained the UK’s highest tax accolade when he qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
He joined us in 2014 and is now a partner in the practice, working alongside Adam, supporting the many and varied accounting and tax needs of a large portfolio of clients, ranging from multinationals with complex tax affairs to smaller owner-managed companies and young start-ups on day-to-day matters.
The tax advice Ari provides includes direct and indirect taxes, cross-border affairs, capital and employment taxes as well as accountancy and other business matters.
Ari’s reputation has been built on his forensic analysis skills, the depth of his knowledge on all matters relating to tax compliance, legislation and planning, and his desire to help our clients to achieve clarity and certainty in their tax affairs.
